INCLUSION POLICY

Respect for others

We are one of the leading companies in the allocation of prison labor in the state of São Paulo.  A large part of our artisanal workforce is developed in partnership with the Prisoner Support Foundation (FUNAP), providing people deprived of liberty with the opportunity for professional qualification, as well as a feeling of utility and belonging to society, starting the process of social reintegration in a productive and honest way, which we are very proud of! During our journey, we’ve been in many prison facilities contributing to the resocialization of more than 30,000 re-educated people and today we remain present in more than 15 of them. We strongly believe in social corporative responsibility and in the positive impact that we can make, contributing to a more equal and inclusive society.
